Booking & Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT PROCEDURE 
All appointments at Medical Aesthetics Geraldton are required to pay a $50 deposit fee to secure their appointment time. This fee is redeemable on products and services and will be refunded if appointment is cancelled with 24 hours notice. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment. If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder the day before your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy and does not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once you have made them. 

please be aware any unconfirmed appointments with 2 or more attempts of contact to confirm, the appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule your appointment at a later date. A reminder SMS is sent the day prior to your appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to respond to this message & confirm their appointment. You can simply reply to this text or call the clinic to confirm your appointment.

Missed appointments will incur a $50 fee and no shows will be charged the price of treatment.
